A piece I saw yesterday is gone
That is normal: there is only one of each piece. Once sold, it leaves the catalogue immediately. Nothing is held until the order is paid.
What if I do not like it?
For a consumer purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Send the piece back to us with its card.
