These terms apply to purchases made for professional resale from KOWEEK Global, trading as Solum Clavis. They are separate from consumer purchases.
No change-of-mind returns
Professional purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for convenience after the order has been confirmed. The consumer 14-day withdrawal policy does not apply to purchases for professional resale, subject to any mandatory legal provision that applies to a particular contract.
Inspect the piece before ordering
Review the photographs, condition, disclosed wear, measurements and included accessories. Each pre-owned piece is distinct. A box, dust bag or original purchase receipt is included only where expressly stated on its listing.
Catalogue orders and sourcing requests
Catalogue orders are paid through the basket. A sourcing request is not a confirmed purchase: availability, price and delivery terms are confirmed before acceptance and payment. Saving a selection does not reserve its pieces.
Prices, VAT and invoices
Prices are in euros. Trade listings identify whether the displayed amount excludes VAT. The applicable taxes and final amount appear on the quotation or order before payment. Please supply your company details, delivery country and any valid intra-community VAT number before confirmation. Second-hand status alone does not determine the VAT treatment.
Delivery and claims
The delivery address and arrangements must be confirmed with the order. Report any incorrect item, undisclosed defect or non-conformity with the order reference and photographs. The no-return policy does not remove remedies for such issues or any mandatory rights. Do not send a piece back without return instructions.
