These terms concern consumer purchases of pre-owned pieces from KOWEEK Global, trading as Solum Clavis, for delivery in France and the European Union. Professional purchases have separate terms.
The piece you purchase
The listing describes the individual piece: photographs, condition, disclosed wear, measurements and accessories where available. Review this information before ordering. Unworn condition may describe a second-hand piece that has never been used.
Price and order
Prices are in euros. The tax-inclusive price and any delivery charge are displayed before payment. For a destination requiring a specific quotation, the final price and applicable taxes are confirmed before you accept. A saved basket does not reserve an item. The order is confirmed by Solum Clavis after payment and acceptance; if it cannot be fulfilled, the corresponding payment is refunded.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the agreed address within the timeframe stated before ordering. If several pieces require separate shipments, this is explained before confirmation. Loss or damage in transit remains our responsibility until you or your designated recipient physically receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.
14-day withdrawal
You normally have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Full instructions and the online declaration are on our returns page.
Legal guarantees
In France, the legal conformity guarantee applies for two years from delivery, including to second-hand goods. For second-hand goods, a defect appearing within the first 12 months is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise. The statutory protection against hidden defects also applies. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country.
